LAR Payroll Accounting Student
Job Description
The LAR Payroll team is a very dynamic organization committed to provide the best service to our employees by ensuring their payments are always processed correctly and in time. Main responsibilities:
Performs computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, and process exception items or those requiring special handling.
Responds to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation.
Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records.
Assignments are typically routine and repetitious in nature.
Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
Limited judgment required in resolving standard problems.
Close supervision involving detailed instructions where work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
Creation of reports for statutory requirements and third party payments. Accounting reconciliations for Payroll Balance Sheet accounts including investigation and resolution of reconciliation items.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 60% of the career completion.
Advanced proficiency in English
Willing to remain as an active student for at least 1 year.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Workday and automation
Payroll experience
Knowledge of Business Process Management or LEAN methodologies
