Job Description

In this position, the candidate will be joining Global Logistics central Demand and Capacity Planning Group, who are responsible for end to end fab to finish goods demand forecast and warehouse capacity planning. The candidate is expected but not limited to build/sustain/automate demand and capacity related foundational database and dashboard. Need to possess high tolerance of ambiguity, ability to properly prioritize workload, work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders, data analytics and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or supply chain related discipline.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills including proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python.
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem solving and capacity to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Have the ability to operate in a highly matrix, dynamic environment, develop effective relationships for achieving key deliverables.
• Ability to work cross-Geo with off-hours flexibility

Working Model
