The Customer Sales Analyst (CSA) is responsible for forecasting both unit demand and revenue dollar commitments (Plan/POR), along with identifying operational efficiencies and executing an ambiguous set of tasks with their dynamic account. The Customer Sales Analyst will work in strong partnership with their Business Manager and Customer Business Analysts to support the execution of strategy as it relates to their customer, field, and the America's operations team.
The CSA owns all business aspects of the Customer. This role contributes to regional unit and revenue forecasts and drives the business to meet these commitments. The CSA manages the business to maximize revenue through supply allocations, inventory management, pricing strategies, internal and external customer collaboration, and supply chain program support. The CSA is responsible for escalating customer issues to Regional Sr. Management and driving resolution through them.
This position requires:
Understanding of supply line management, demand forecasting processes, market analysis and operations.
Strong analytical and data management skills and willingness to work through complex/ambiguous business scenarios.
Willingness to solicit and listen to critical feedback in order to improve forecast, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis.
Demonstrated experience influencing via excellent communication.
Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups.
Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and a working knowledge of broader PC and Server market drivers and trends.
Skills to perform under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills and willingness to work well within a diverse environment.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in analyst role with a major organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of extensive experience/understanding of Excel.

Working Model
