Job Description


Oversees all aspects of quality collaboration with customers from executive level to working level issue management. Understands customer needs and influences new quality requirements for future Intel product quality goals and customer service design. Communicates customer quality voice through expert listening to influence Intel's quality systems. Transforms customer data into systematic actions and drives upstream feedback for enhanced platform robustness. Drives the highest customer satisfaction with impactful technical quality support from customer design qualification through product introduction, customer production ramp, and field returns including extended support. Accelerates customer production ramp success by aligning design for manufacturability (DFX/DFM) requirements, resolving customer production challenges, securing early worldwide customer issue support across platform debug and silicon failure analysis functions, publishing collateral, and customer training for scaling. Leads customer technical quality issues management for rapid resolution to maintain business continuity. Analyzes customer quality trends for systematic quality improvement actions.

Qualifications


  • You should possess a bachelor or above in science or electrical and electronics engineering, or computer architecture.
  • Basic technical knowledge in microelectronics, computer organization and architecture.
  • Have 5 years plus of relevant working experience.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal / written and fluent in English speaking.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work with people from various geographies and/or countries.
  • Willing to work in a diverse environment where interaction will involve customer and internal counterparts from Malaysia, PRC, TWN, Japan and other geos.
