Graduate Talent (Lab Engineer)
Job Description
Drives lab systems engineering including the development of solutions to improve lab quality, compliance, and throughput. Drives monitoring, record keeping, and reporting for lab equipment including maintenance, service, calibration, and testing activities. Drives lab execution including engineering analysis, instrumentation, data analysis, and result reporting. Executes validation plans, and collaborates with other engineers for design optimization, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Develops and coordinates the design, development, and implementation of new ideas, process, and systems for lab improvements needed to meet program deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Perform various technical, operational, and project-related activities in PG Lab.
- Prepare and setup collaterals required for PI measurement.
- Perform FDIM/IFDIM/VRTT measurement on supported products.
- Deliver correlation data between simulation and measurement results.
- Setup and conduct lab measurements on signal quality and integrity, power integrity and radio frequency interference (RFI).
- Attend lab related meetings, participate/drive ad hoc lab activities/projects, and general lab support.

Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Microelectronics/Telecommunications, or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, safety minded, and a good team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to rapidly adjust to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualification:
- Ex-intern of Intel, exposed to lab work before.
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge and/or experience with data extraction, analysis, visualization techniques, and developing programs to integrate and manage data.
