Job Description


1) Explore and drive solutions, products, and service models for Software Defined, Silicon Enhanced, total solution, collaborate with internal RD, product, sales, and other teams to provide products and services.
2) Develop Intel's China open source software ecosystem enabling strategy, coordinate internal resources, and manage the open source software governance framework. Collaborate with the industry open source communities to enhance Intel's influence in the open source ecosystem, drive open-source software based products and services.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead the team to analyze the software ecosystem, market trends and challenges, define solutions, products, and service models suitable for Intel platform and SW stack.
2. Recommend software solutions, products, and service strategies to the leadership.
3. Communicate and collaborate with internal RD, product, sales and other teams to achieve goals.
4. Lead the Intel Open Ecosystem Committee, develop open source strategies, and manage the open source software governance framework. Collaborate closely with major open source communities in the industry to contribute to China open ecosystem, drive innovation and business opportunities.
5. Drive developer marketing activities and content, influence open ecosystem partners and developers through sharing company strategies, open culture, leading technologies, products and services.

Qualifications


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar, Master's or PhD in Computers Science preferred.
2. 15+ years first-hand experience driving software creation, transformation, and/or adoption internally and externally through commercial products and/or open-source projects.
3. 5+ years of experience making platform decisions or consultative recommendations for deployment of large-scale projects
4. Better to have experience to drive "software + hardware" product from zero to real product.
5. Better to have rich experience of a SW product manager.
6. Experience ramping and upskilling quickly on tight timelines

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
