Job Description

Directly manages both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers. Handles projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity. Plans/manages projects directly related to policies or general business operations to meet specific objectives or general goals. Has decision making authority at the project level. Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or contributors. Identifies and refines project objectives. Works on or delegates, as appropriate, problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate. Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the project or program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions. Plans and schedules work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in timely manner. Influences or sets business unit or crossorganizational strategy. Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies the knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project completion.

Job Description
� The candidate will represent Corporate Service team to manage Intel facilities at Shanghai. Thousands of workers we support in total at Shanghai.
� The candidate will participate and represent Intel in external agencies and authorities' inspection and ensure compliance to observations and findings.
� The candidate will oversee and manage custodial and house-keeping services delivered by Facility management supplier meets Intel needs and expectations, ensure it is delivered cost effectively and in a manner complying with Industry best practices.
� Oversee and manage facility management supplier to develop a monthly, quarterly; and annual building and office maintenance schedules and ensure same is implemented to deliver best in class office experience for the occupants.
� Support in developing building maintenance budgets as required by the management.
� Oversee the transportation program including stakeholders and supplier management.
� Oversee and ensure help desk and front office services are delivered to highest standards to provide best in class customer and employee experience. Oversee and manage mailroom services are delivered efficiently and per standard operating procedures.
� Ensure robust pest control programs are designed and implemented which complies to Intel expectations, regulatory compliance, and Industry best practices.
� Ensure building and Office assets are tracked and managed thru its end of life. Furniture and office assets are put to best and optimal use, ensure availability of furniture and office assets all the time by implementing robust repairs and maintenance programs.
� Oversee and manage all site building structural maintenance and upkeep programs and initiatives through facility management supplier.
� Support and execute small office improvement and fit-out projects as required by the management.
� Ensure compliance to maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures approved.
� Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure existing and new buildings conditions and designs are complying with all relevant regulatory requirements and Intel design/construction standards.
� Ensure compliance to operational business continuity plan programs, ensure periodic updates; and as needed.
� Ensure the execution and compliance to global workplace services event and program.
� Perform regular audit of the standardized global services proactively with recommendations for actions and follow up with Integrated Facilities Management IFM supplier.


? The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Relevant experiences in client or supplier side will be acceptable.
? Ability to deal with unexpected situation is required.
? Bachelor's Degree in administration / commerce / Hotel management. Degree in engineering is also acceptable.
? Good organizational skills and great attention to detail with ability to handle prioritize multiple deliverables at a time.
? Self-starter. Has a strong sense of initiative and drive to understand the changing environment and relate it back to Intel for desired business outcome.
? Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively present to stakeholders and cross functional teams.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, reading and understanding of engineering drawings and good knowledge in MS office applications is a plus.

? 3 years relevant experience on facility management is a plus.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
