DAIS Customer Solution Engineering AI reshapes not only computing, but also business and society, Intel is making major bets on the future of AI and particularly in data center computing. Intel's Datacenter and AI Solutions (DAIS) organization is a critical part of Intel boarder AI efforts. Our DAIS responsibility spans data center workloads from generative AI and deep learning to analytics, HPC, and graphics - all of which are intertwined in the future of computing.

In addition, the DAIS Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) organization's goal is to drive our customer technical engagement. CSE drives design-in, onboarding and architecting solutions for their key care abouts from silicon all the way to systems. We engage with OEM and ODM partners and Communications Service Providers. CSPs and their customers, to build deep technical knowledge of their AI infrastructure and help drive customer success.

As a Customer Success Technical Program Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • The OEM or End customer program management of USA based Data Center GPU Customers.
  • Program Management functions to encompass the design/deal win stages through design in and sustaining engineering.
  • The technical interface between the DAIS Product Line teams, Sales, and various supporting engineering and development teams.
  • Authoring the customer requirements documents, then the tracking and execution of these requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

You must possess the minimum requirements noted below and minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Bacherlor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Development or related field plus 9+ years of industry work experience.

  • 9+ years of High-Performance CPU/GPU experience.
  • 9+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in customer support and IT related product development (high-, and low-level designs).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in related categories and customer base preferred.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
