In this role you are expected to be customer (employee) obsessed, drive efficiency and promote innovation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity and exercising business partnering.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Rotating among the HR Global Operational functional areas (HR Contact Center, Global Integrated Services, Global Mobility)
- Interacting with Intel Employees (who are our customers) to help them resolve issues and questions that relate to all HR programs, policies and guidelines
- Understanding end-to-end, business impact and requirements to implement process improvements within all functional areas
- Analyzing quality data and review trends to ensure enhancement are developed based on the higher operations return
- Providing direct support to the operation by building Automation tools to make the process faster and less prone to errors
- Acquiring knowledge of business processes and tools to be able to run operational tasks upon organization's needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Systems Engineering Statistic or similar
- Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skillset
- Good communication and collaboration skills are required
- Planning structure and excellent time management are needed
- Cognitive flexibility to learn fast and adapt to new environments
- English fluency both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills and Automation capabilities in tools such as Macros Power Query or similar are desirable
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when required

Our internships are usually 12 - 24 months long and you’ll be with us part-time alongside your university degree. We ask that all applicants are current university students and will remain students during the length of our internship. Candidates must be based in Poland upon the start date of this internship and for its duration.

You will have the possibility to work on the newest technologies associated with Intel Graphics both integrated and discrete, one of our focuses is to improve user experience for our customers and for this reason we work with games and applications that uses 3D graphics.
Depending on the assignment you will:
- develop and maintain 3D graphics drivers i.e. develop machine learning features for them,
- develop and maintain test and debug tools contributing to a complex graphics validation system,
- develop and maintain automation and infrastructure for graphics driver build and installation processes,
- one of our focuses is to improve user experience for our customers and for this reason we work with games and applications that uses 3D graphics.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- C++, C# or Python,
- familiarity with Linux or Windows,
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
It would be an advantage if you had familiarity with or would like to develop your skills in:
- GIT, SQL, ASP.NET, Visual Studio,
- 3D APIs: OpenGL, OpenCL, Vulkan, Direct3D libraries,
- computer graphics theory or games.
