Job Description

Android and cloud-first Ecosystem Engineering (AEE) team within Intel/ SATG(Software and Advanced Technology Group)/SSE (System Software Engineering) delivers innovative, high quality software product and tools to enhance Intel core technology and platforms from server to mobile device. It owns leading edge technology of binary translation, quality control technology and 100 percent owns application level binary translation products. The responsibility of hired employee will focus on developing products, tools and validation methods. Job scope may be diverse during different stage of produce life cycle and may include: Design and implement validation tools to measure or verify quality and performance of products. Develop advanced validation methodology to control or verify product quality. Participate in product concept readiness proving by implementing prototype, or collecting and analyzing data. Actively co-work with other engineers in design review and product implementation. Implement, deliver and refine product features independently; Work closely with colleagues or customers cross organization or cross GEO to collect requirement, solve technical issue or share knowledge.

Qualifications

The candidate should possess at least a master's degree of Computer Science (or related BS/MS degree in Computer field) or a bachelor degree with at least 3 years' experience. The candidate should have following qualifications: Good understanding and excellent hands-on engineering capability of quality control in software development life cycle. Proven experience in validation process, tool and test case development. Excellent development and debugging skills (system level language such as C, C++ and assembly preferred); Proven track record of analyzing and solving complex technical problems. Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to clearly communicate technical detail and concepts. One or more of the following qualifications will add value of candidates: Proven experience in validation and debugging on Android system. Proven experience in performance analysis and tool development in Android system. Proven experience in application development in Android. Solid knowledge of program analysis and program verification. Solid understanding of managed runtime system like JVM, Android ART. Solid understanding of operating system, virtualization, compiler or micro-architecture.
