Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates systems specifications. Identifies test scenarios and cases, executes test cases, documents test results, test scripts and provides quality assurance results to the business. Examines current business procedures, system practices and IT modification design and recommends new improved ones. Designs new computer programs and systems by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications. Performs troubleshooting, solves complex bug issues in production systems or applications, and collaborates with subject matter experts on issues. Anticipates complex issues and discusses within and outside of project team to maintain open communication. Serves as a technical lead on a subsystem or small feature(s), manages projects of small to medium size and complexity, performs tasks, and applies expertise in subject area to meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science and or Information Technology and have 8 to 12 years Supply chain experience in Global SAP implementations in SAP TM and SAP LE space covering Outbound and Inbound transportation processes with integrating with SAP SD, MM processes Preferred Qualifications:In depth knowledge of complete SAP transportation management lifecycle covering transportation planning, scheduling, optimizing, tendering, execution and monitoringSound knowledge of SAP Logistics processes covering Order to cash cycle covering Sales order, create deliveries and shipment processesSound knowledge of SAP Event Management processes covering the logistics visibility, Event handlers, alerts, actions and reportsKnowledge of SAP inventory transactions, Master data and related ALE IDOC, B2B processes, mappingStrong knowledge of Supply Chain Management concepts Real time transportation visibility, alerts mechanism and Inbound and Outbound transportation freight planning and optimizationExposure to Data Analytics.Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologyShould possess strong communication skills and demonstrate good business engagement and stakeholder management skillsRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
