Job Description

Intel Supply Chain IT's Order Management team is seeking a Product Manager to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel's Order to Cash Portal and B2B capabilities. In this senior role, you will be directly responsible for business unit relationships with senior leadership in respective stakeholder groups, influence the strategic direction of capability roadmaps directly aligned to the business vision, and define transformational value for the corporation. You are accountable for managing the sustaining health of the external customer collaboration processes, data, and tools. How Intel connects to its customers via a portal or B2B plays a critical role in enabling Order Execution and supporting Intel's growing Foundry and Software business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate directly with the Business Unit (BU) to translate business strategy and objectives into actionable roadmaps and value delivery accountable to the BU for the overall delivery and sustainability of a portfolio of IT products and capabilities.
  • Lead business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across large complex programs while supporting target architecture roadmaps.
  • Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, and design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
  • Support a multi-year tool and technology roadmap, anticipating needs and capability requirements.
  • Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high-value, efficient IT services and solutions with best-in-class delivery.
  • Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile, and Scrum principles.
  • Ensure the security of our IT assets as well as proprietary, sensitive information from external as well as internal attacks.
  • Managing hiring and development of world-class talent, fostering a strong One Intel team environment.

  • Proven success in establishing and delivering large-scale transformational programs with complex TCM, adopting industry best practice processes and standard off-the-shelf software.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously.
  • Proven and demonstrated organizational leadership in acquiring and growing talent.


You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems with 9+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Order to Cash business processes and systems (SAP ECC/S4).
  • Designing and deploying Portal and B2B solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing (SAP, OpenText, E2Open).
  • Managing large enterprise applications and application teams for critical system performance across various business operations and critical business needs.
  • High levels of successful executive collaboration with business and technical partners across enterprise functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Foundry Industry
  • Experience in the Software Industry
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG, BlueYonder ESP.
  • Experience in developing B2B industry standards.
  • Experience managing software development teams including CI/CD, containers, API management, UI/UX/React, testing automation, version control, and other advanced developer tools

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
