Security Software Validation Team Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Security Software Validation Team Manager to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directs and manages a team of software engineers and architects responsible for the development and/or validation of Intel software technologies and solutions for a specific Intel product segment or technology over multiple areas of the software lifecycle (design, development, validation, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support)

• Oversees the development of software across multiple layers of the stack including firmware, drivers, operating systems, software applications and tools, infrastructure, and platforms

• Oversees the incorporation of Intel Security coding guidelines, adherence to Intel Security practices, and the team Security awareness and skills

• Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results

• Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related field

• 2+ years of experience managing execution of a development or validation team

• You should have 10+ years of experience in Functional verification/Validation

• C/C++/Scripting languages

Nice to have:

• Operating systems and Virtualization

• Linux/Unix experience

Working Model
