Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced individual responsible for initiating and developing a solid foundry customer engagement, leveraging Intel's world class Silicon technology and Advanced Packaging capabilities. The individual will interface directly with customers and internal partners to initiate and close on business engagements.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Create strategic business relationships, identify, develop, structure, promote and negotiate strategic services business deals/agreements
- Manage customer account, drive customer commercial issues to resolution
- Respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) while working with internal stakeholders
- Execute account plans and strategies to drive products wins and business growth
- Review customer activity, monitor the market, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with members of the Intel Foundry Services team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery
- Identify and develop foundry business processes, improvements and opportunities in addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate
- Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
- Proactive prevention of problems and identification of mitigations
- Proven ability to build, leverage and influence a wide network to drive problem resolution
- Capability to maneuver and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
- Technical understanding of process technologies and design/test enablement solutions as it relates to foundry business model and pricing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Program/Project Management, Accounting, or in a STEM related field of study
- 4+ years of experience in semiconductors manufacturing (Fab and Test)
- Experience in the semiconductor domain
- Experience with customer's design, test, and manufacturing solutions, manufacturing/test flows, yields, planning, cost structures, and product engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate degree in Business, Marketing (MBA), Finance, Program/Project Management, Accounting, or in a STEM related field of study
- Experience working in Intel business units i.e. DCAI, CCG and NEX in IPG

Working Model
